ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 brings a 2008 performance runner into everyday rotation, here in a muted Concrete/Pure Silver palette. The layered upper leans into the technical look of the era, mixing open mesh with synthetic leather and resin panels for structure where it’s needed and airflow through the forefoot. Underfoot, visible GEL cushioning in the heel works with a soft foam midsole to take the edge off impact, while TRUSSTIC support through the midfoot keeps the shoe stable without feeling heavy. A removable OrthoLite insole adds step-in softness and helps manage moisture over longer days. Finished with a padded collar, textile lining and a durable rubber outsole, the 3.5 cm heel and 2.5 cm platform give the silhouette its familiar 2000s volume and an easy match with technical outerwear, relaxed trousers or worn-in denim.
