The new hybrid sneaker is inspired by the Puma COMPLETE line from the 2000’s, which allowed the brand to create patented revolutionary technologies like the iCELL, e+CELL, and EverRide. Technologies that runners around the world use to this day.
Building on it’s heritage, the VELOPHASIS implement visual codes of the Y2K culture while infusing new materials and ideas of today.
Taking the best of both eras, the “PHASED” colorways feature a silver base paired with a mix of electric touches inspired by the Vaporwave movement and Internet culture of the early 2000s.
The new lifestyle runner features a breathable mesh upper and CMEVA midsole, ensuring sublime impact absorption and comfort.
To emphasize the heritage of the hybrid sneaker, the editorial took place at Amager beach in Copenhagen. A location known for it’s urban vibe and large selection of outdoor activities.
