Rezet Store presents a borderless, timeless and playful brand in-store and online.

Launched in 2018 with the desire to unite tradition and innovation, founder Takanohiro Okude combines traditional Japanese craft skills with his own cultural experiences achieved through living and working all around the world.

The essence of the brand lies in the brand name, with the word ‘LAST’ meaning ‘final’ and ‘continuity’, referring to the disappearing techniques that the brand strives to continue. The word ‘FRAME’ refers to the desire to spotlight the craft skills and adopt them into the brand's distinctive designs.​

With his focus on traditional craft skills gradually disappearing in Japan, Takanohiro reinterprets and reapplies them to his own design. Creating unique patterns using vibrant materials and a playful color palette, the brand presents items that break traditional ideas regarding season and gender.​

To highlight the essence of the brand, we visited one of the oldest traditional Japanese restaurants in Copenhagen. The campaign was set in minimalistic surroundings, to capture and emphasize the brand's desire to combine cultural heritage and innovation.
