UNNA Flow Shorts 3" are lightweight training shorts intended for varied movement. The 3-inch silhouette is cut from smooth woven ECONYL® regenerated nylon that feels light and offers durable wear. A relaxed athletic fit with curved dolphin hem and small side split supports range of motion, while an adjustable elastic waistband helps keep the shorts in place during dynamic sessions. The 2-in-1 construction combines outer shorts with integrated inner shorts featuring thigh pockets, a hidden phone pocket and a rear pocket to keep essentials close without excess bulk. The fabric provides UPF 50+ protection and is resistant to pilling, abrasion, chlorine and sand, making the shorts suitable for both indoor training and outdoor use. A small Podium logo patch on the front and a reflective “Finish in a Good Place” print on the back add discreet branding and visibility.
