New Balance 1906RCL is a low-top sneaker that reworks a 2000s technical running silhouette with updated cushioning. The model combines an open hex-mesh upper with layered synthetic overlays for structure and airflow, supported by a sculpted external heel cage and a segmented midsole. The lateral N logo is integrated into the NLOCK system, linking the logo to the eyestays to help secure the midfoot. Underfoot, an ABZORB midsole is paired with ACTEVA LITE foam to balance cushioning and support, while N-ERGY heel pods and ABZORB SBS cushioning focus on impact absorption in the rearfoot. A Stability Web shank is embedded in the outsole to support the arch, and the rubber outsole features a segmented traction pattern. The colorway is white-based with metallic and dark contrasts.
