ASICS GEL-Kayano 20 is a stability running model that references early 2010s performance design in a Blue Neptune/Black colorway. The upper combines engineered mesh with synthetic overlays and a FLUIDFIT cage to secure the midfoot and forefoot. A padded collar and tongue with textile lining soften the interior, while a reinforced toe bumper and structured heel counter add protection and hold. Underfoot, a dual-density foam midsole is paired with visible GEL cushioning in both heel and forefoot to manage impact on longer runs. The GUIDANCE TRUSSTIC support system increases torsional stiffness through the midfoot and works with flex grooves and a segmented midsole for controlled flexibility.
