What's the return policy for gifts bought online?
Purchases* made, both online and In-store, from November 1st - December 23rd can be refunded or exchanged until February 1st 2026.
*Products bought on a 50% discount or higher, are only eligable for refunds or exchanges within 14 days from the purchase date.
Can online purchases be returned and exchanged In-store?

When is the last day for online shopping, with a guaranteed delivery before Christmas?
We guarantee that online orders placed before December 19 at 14.00 CET, will be shipped from our warehouse on the same day. Expected delivery in Denmark, for orders placed on December 19, is 1-2 business days.
International orders should expect 2-4 business days, why we recommend to place your order latest on Wednesday, December 17th.
Do you sell Gift Cards online and in-store?
Yes, we do. You can purchase a gift card both online and in our physical stores.
