Tapping into the ASICS core mission that seeks to inspire and encourage people to achieve an active lifestyle, we linked up with three Copenhagen based dancers that have found joy through movement in the form of dancing.

Believing in the positive benefits of movement on the body and the mind, the campaign captures real people sharing real moments. Focusing on the positive and confident energy, showcasing that nothing feels better than moving with ASICS.

To emphasize the industrial aesthetics of the shoe and the ASICS ‘Joy through Movement’ message, the campaign took place at GAME Streetmekka in Copenhagen. A place known for facilitating and encouraging an active lifestyle.

Originally introduced in 2011 as a part of the vintage tech family, the GT-2160 was presented as a move on from the GEL-1090 and GEL-1130, to offer a fresh new aesthetic. Inspired by the technical details of the GT-2000 series from the early 2010’s, the silhouette is designed with a sleek expression and a distinct industrial feel.
