Salomon X-ALP Carhartt W.I.P is a low-top technical model built on Salomon’s alpine X-ALP platform with workwear-informed detailing from Carhartt WIP. The upper combines grainy leather, suede and durable textile with targeted synthetic overlays, supported by a rubber mudguard that wraps the toe and lower panels. A padded collar and tongue carry Carhartt WIP duck camo, set against the Black/Black/Black colourway. Sensifit™ construction helps the upper wrap the foot, working with the lateral power band and structured heel counter. The foam midsole incorporates a 3D Edging Chassis for support and flexibility, including pronation control on varied terrain. Underfoot, a lugged Contagrip® outsole is configured for traction and durability on city surfaces and light trails. Co-branded pull tabs and insoles reference the collaboration.
