The HOKA Mafate Speed 2 is a low-top trail sneaker in Black/Castlerock. It has a rugged mesh upper with heavy TPU overlays for structure and protection. HOKA’s lightweight no-sew SpeedFrame construction is paired with an external monomesh debris screen and a TPU heel counter. Underfoot, it sits on a thick CMEVA midsole with early stage MetaRocker geometry and a 4 mm drop. A lugged Vibram Megagrip outsole with high-abrasion rubber zones and deep flex grooves finishes the sole.
