Italian Aspesi was founded by Alberto Aspesi in 1969 as an exclusive shirt brand and the first produced design was a leopard print men’s shirt. The brand has developed significantly since its inception, now creating durable and functional jackets, shirts and gilets that combine lightweight materials with classic cuts. In the late 70s, Aspesi expanded its product line by collaborating with influential designers, and started creating collections for both men and women. Their biggest sources of inspiration are art, photography and architecture, where the designers want to create a story about a 'small market' through their stores and collections. To this day, Aspesi remains true to its minimalist, sophisticated and timeless approach, which is why their items never go out of style.
