Please bring your item and receipt in for evaluation to one of our physical stores. If this is not possible, we kindly ask you to create a claim using our portal below.
All items purchased from Rezet Store are covered by Danish legislation, which provides a 2-year warranty period.
The warranty is not a guarantee that the shoes will last for 2 years. The warranty does not apply to items that are defective due to wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
Should you receive any damaged or defective items upon delivery, we kindly ask that you contact our customer service without delay, and no later than 14 days from receipt, to ensure that we can process your claim as efficiently as possible.
