Terms & Conditions - Faulty items.
We’re committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you have received an item that is not up to our standards, we’re here to help.
Please bring your item and receipt in for evaluation to one of our physical stores. If this is not possible, we kindly ask you to fill out the form below.
If we are unable to assess the issue based on the pictures provided, you have the option to send the item to us for further evaluation. Please note that we reserve the right to charge 39 DKK for shipping.
All items purchased from Rezet are covered by Danish legislation, which provides a 2-year warranty period.
The warranty is not a guarantee that the shoes will last for 2 years. The warranty does not apply to items that are defective due to wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
