We’re offering delivery with GLS and PostNord – choice is up to you. If you choose shipping to a parcel shop, GLS/PostNord will inform you when your package can be collected at the chosen location. If you want your order delivered to a business address, simply choose GLS Business Delivery. Lastly, if you want your order delivered to your home address, we offer PostNord Home Delivery. Simply make your selection when proceeding to checkout.

Orders to countries within the European Union are shipped via GLS or UPS, depending on the destination. The applicable courier and estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout, based on the delivery country selected by the customer. You can choose to pick up your order at one of our physical stores. This option will be available during checkout. A list of available store locations will be shown at checkout. Please wait for a confirmation message from us before going to the store. Your order will be available for collection during the store’s regular opening hours.

Currently we only accept payments by VISA, VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, PayPal, Amex, Google Pay, Union Pay, Shop Pay or MobilePay.

There are no payment fees on rezetstore.com.

The amount will be deducted on your account as soon as the goods are shipped from our warehouse. There can never be deducted an amount greater than the one you have approved.

If we can't deliver your whole order, we will only deduct the amount for the goods we can actually deliver. 

Free returns in-store

All items purchased online and in-store can also be exchanged/returned for free in our physical stores*

All items purchased online can be sent back with a return label which you can find here. We charge a return fee of 39 DKK for the label, which will be deducted from your refund.

Remember to get a return receipt from the parcel shop when you send the parcel back to us. It is very important that you do not use the original shoe box as shipping box, as it must remain intact. We will refund the money to your payment card within 14 days from the time we receive your return order.

International return orders must be sent back to us with business delivery service at your own expense.

We offer a 30-day* return policy on all goods that you buy at www.rezetstore.com.

*Archive-products are subject to a limited period of return. For Archive-products we only offer 14 days of returns and exchanges. Archive-products are labeled "Archive" on rezetstore.com. This applies to purchases made on or after December 5th, 2024.
