adidas Handball Spezial is a low-top sneaker based on a 1979 indoor handball design. This version has a suede upper in a muted Wonbei/Cardbo/Gum4 colourway with tonal stitching and a classic T-toe that reinforces the forefoot. The three tan side stripes and heel tab use a smooth leather-like material that adds structure and contrast to the suede base. Inside, a cushioned insole and low-cut, lightly padded collar support regular, everyday wear. Underfoot, an EVA midsole works with a gum rubber outsole originally developed for traction and stability on indoor courts. Gold-foil Spezial branding and a moulded adidas Trefoil badge on the sidewall underline the model’s handball heritage.
