Refund policy

At Rezet Store, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. Below you will find our return, exchange and refund terms, applicable to both our physical stores and our webshop within Denmark and the EU. 1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

- You have 14 days to request a return. For online orders this is counted from the day you receive your item*; for in-store purchases it is counted from the purchase date. This applies to all products, whether full-price or on sale/discounted.

- All returned or exchanged items must be unused, in their original packaging and with tags attached, and accompanied by a valid receipt if returned or exchanged in-store.

- Online purchases can be returned either by sending the item back to our return address or by bringing it to a Rezet Store(s) location. 

- Return shipping costs for online purchases are paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated or in the case of a defective item.

2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

- In-store: Return or exchange within 14 days from the purchase date.

- Online: Return within 14 days from the day the package is delivered to your address or made available at the parcel shop/post office.

- Exchanges: We cover all exchange shipping costs, so you can swap your items free of charge.

- Physical-store purchases: Items originally bought in a physical store(s) cannot be returned or exchanged through our online warehouse. Please return them to a Rezet Store(s) location.

3. RETURN SHIPPING

- Change-of-mind returns (cancellations): You cover the direct cost of returning the item to us. This is done with a prepaid return label, the price of which reflects the actual shipping cost only — we do not add any handling or processing fee for using your right to cancel.

- Defective, damaged or incorrect items: We cover the full cost of return shipping. You will not be charged anything to send a faulty or wrongly delivered item back.

- Exchanges: Shipping is free of charge, as noted above.

4. EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. REFUNDS

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

- Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

- The return and refund process may take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return shipment.

- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at online@rezetstore.com.

International returns:
When returning an international order, please choose a Business Parcel Service. Otherwise the parcel cannot be delivered to our warehouse and the return cannot be processed.
