The North Face Classic Casentino Hat is a low-profile cap that combines heritage wool with technical nylon elements. The crown and brim are made from dense 415 g/m² Casentino wool, giving the surface a rough, high-pile texture with inherent weather-resistant properties. In the TNF Red version, the red crown contrasts with a black brim, both finished in the same textured wool, while visible panel seams, metal eyelets and an adjustable webbing back-strap with branded buckle define the construction. Inside, a lightweight recycled crinkle nylon lining and sweatband add structure, backed by WindWall™ nylon panels and a non-PFC DWR finish on the interior nylon to help reduce wind penetration and light moisture absorption. An embroidered The North Face logo on the front panel completes the cap.
