Return Policy
At Rezet Store, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. On this page you will find our current return and exchange terms, applicable to both our physical stores and our webshop within Denmark and the EU.

General conditions
- All returned or exchanged items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation.
- Returns for online purchases can be made by sending the item back to our return address or by bringing it to any Rezet Store location.
- Return shipping costs for online purchases are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated or in the case of a defect.
Returns and exchanges
- In-store purchases: Return or exchange within 14 days from the purchase date.
- Online purchases: Return within 14 days from the day the package is delivered to your home address or made available at the parcel shop/post office.
- Exchange shipping: We cover all exchange costs, so you can swap your items free of charge.
Extended exchange
Within 30 days of purchase, you can exchange your item for another item or a gift card in our physical stores, provided you have a valid receipt or order confirmation. The gift card can be used both online and in-store.
Archive Items
Archive items purchased in-store with more than a 50% discount are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged. (Only applies to in-store purchases.)
Refunds
We always aim to process returns as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email within one week of returning your item. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you send the product back to us, the refund will be credited to the same credit card you used when placing your order. The repayment will typically appear in your account within two weeks of cancellation, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the full return and refund process to be completed and for the transaction to be visible in your account.

Important for international returns
If you wish to return an international order, it is important that you choose a Business Parcel Service when shipping the return. Otherwise, the parcel cannot be delivered to our warehouse, and the return will not be processed.
