MIISTA Karina Loafers is a heeled loafer with a substantial rubber sole. The upper is crafted from brush-off cow leather in the Black Brown colorway, where two layers of color are tanned into the leather for a subtle dual-tone finish that will change with wear. A classic saddle strap sits across the vamp, while the square apron moc toe is defined by raised contrast stitching. The model features a 6.5 cm block heel with a stacked look and a slight platform, supported by a thick rubber sole with a ribbed heel and stitched rand detail. Inside, a vegetable-tanned cow leather lining, buffed pigskin finish and memory foam insole create a soft feel underfoot. Designed in London and handcrafted in Portugal.
