The ASICS GEL-KAYANO 14 is a unisex sportstyle sneaker with a chunky late-2000s running shape, based on the original 2008 tooling. This Concrete/Pure Silver version has a white and metallic silver mesh upper with glossy layered overlays, a molded heel clip and structured side panels. Underfoot, the sculpted midsole features visible GEL™ technology and a segmented rubber outsole.
