ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 brings late-2000s performance design into the present with a clean Black/Cream palette. The layered upper leans into its running heritage, pairing open mesh for airflow with synthetic leather overlays and the familiar side stripes to lock in the midfoot without adding unnecessary weight. Underfoot, a sculpted EVA midsole works with GEL cushioning in both heel and forefoot to soften impact and keep landings consistent across longer days. The TRUSSTIC system quietly supports the midfoot and helps guide the stride, while vertical flex grooves in the rubber outsole let the foot move naturally and keep transitions smooth. A classic lace closure, padded tongue with pull tab and a solution-dyed sockliner round off a technical runner that feels just as at home in everyday rotation as it does on the track.
