Megaride S2

adidas Megaride S2 revisits an early-2000s performance design in a streamlined, low-top profile. The upper combines breathable 3D mesh with a molded rubber cage that wraps from toe to quarter, adding structure and diagonal texture through the midfoot. A centered zipper closure with a zip-up shroud conceals the traditional lacing system for a clean, technical expression and secure lockdown. At the heel, a metallic-silver patent leather panel reinforces the rearfoot and connects with metallic accents on the tongue and heel tab, set in a light grey palette with contrasting black tooling. Underfoot, the Megaride half-unit midsole features hollow ring-like cushioning elements on a black stabilizing plate, using Adiprene for impact absorption in everyday wear. An overlasting forefoot construction and durable black rubber outsole provide stability, traction, and a natural forward roll.
