adidas Adistar Control 5 revisits a 2000s tech runner silhouette with a low-top profile focused on cushioning and stability. The upper combines breathable white open mesh with metallic synthetic overlays that add structure around the midfoot and heel. Three black stripes sit on ribbed TPU supports, connecting visually to the cream midsole and brown stabilizing frame for a layered, technical expression. Underfoot, an EVA midsole is paired with Adiprene+ in the forefoot and a visible heel insert for consistent cushioning in everyday use. A Torsion System in the midfoot helps control flex and adds stability, while the segmented rubber outsole with cream pods provides traction and durability. A padded tongue, padded collar and reinforced heel counter complete the construction.
