These terms and conditions apply to consumers purchase of goods and digital services on rezetstore.com as well as in our physical stores.

PAYMENT
Payment may be made using the following payment methods: VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, VISA Electron, Klarna, MobilePay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
For international payment cards such as Visa and MasterCard, the payment amount will be reserved on your account in accordance with your card issuer’s terms until the payment is captured or released. No reservation is made when paying with Dankort. When paying via MobilePay, the reservation depends on the card linked to the app.
The amount will be charged when the goods are dispatched. If multiple items are ordered and one or more items are not immediately available, payment will only be charged for those items when they are dispatched.
For Click & Collect orders, please note that the amount for the prepared item(s) will be charged once the item(s) are reserved for you.
ORDER PLACEMENT
After placing an order on rezetstore.com, you will automatically receive an email listing the items you have ordered. This email is not an order confirmation, and no binding agreement has yet been entered into between you and Rezet Store.
A binding agreement is only concluded once you have received both an “Order Received” email and an order confirmation specifying which items we are able to deliver.
If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us at online@rezetstore.com.
RESERVATIONS
We do reserve the right for pricing errors, typographical errors, image errors, and other inaccuracies that may misrepresent a product on rezetstore.com or in our stores. In such cases, we kindly inform that we reserve the right to cancel the order.
We do also reserve the rights for items that are out of stock or discontinued.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Currently we deliver to the following countries: Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Philippines, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Japan, China, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Hong Kong, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, South Korea, Czech Republic, Germany, and Hungary.
In Denmark, delivery is typically made within 1–2 business days after placing your order. Please refer to individual product pages for specific delivery times.

ORDER OUTSIDE OF EU
Depending on your order and delivery destination, local customs duties and VAT may be charged upon receipt. RZ ApS cannot be held responsible for such costs in countries outside the EU. We recommend contacting your local authorities for guidance.
All shipments outside the EU are sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, meaning the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.
REZET STORE NEWSLETTER
By subscribing to our newsletter and/or SMS service, you consent to receiving marketing communications from Rezet Store (RZ ApS) via email and/or SMS regarding relevant products such as footwear, clothing, accessories, and lifestyle products, as well as events and similar marketing activities.
You also give consent to receive emails regarding abandoned or incomplete orders.
You may unsubscribe at any time. For more information on how we process your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Subscribers may receive a discount code valid on full-price items*. Exceptions may apply, including limited releases and selected styles. Discount codes cannot be used for the purchase of physical or digital gift cards.
PRICING AND PRICEMATCHING
Incorrect Pricing
If a price is clearly incorrect and you should reasonably have recognized this, we are not obligated to supply the product at that price. The order will be cancelled.
Price Matching
We do offer price matching under the following conditions:

The competing retailer must be an authorized dealer registered in Europe

The product must be in stock at the competitor at the time of the request
Price Guarantee
We do guarantee that prices in our physical stores match those on rezetstore.com. If for some reason, the prices would differ and you have purchased a product in store, that you find out is at a cheaper price online at rezetstore.com we guarantee to match the price within a period of 14 days from the purchase date.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-Day Cancellation Right)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
If multiple items are delivered separately, the withdrawal period runs from the receipt of the last item.
If the deadline falls on a public holiday or weekend, it is extended to the next business day.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made for business purposes.
The right may also be lost if seals are broken on products such as creams or perfumes.
How to use your 'Right of Withdrawal'
You must notify us clearly (e.g., by email or letter) that you wish to withdraw:

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing delivery without notifying us.
CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Damaged or missing packaging may result in a deduction.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In addition to the right of withdrawal described above, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:
Items purchased at full price and items purchased with a discount can be be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase for in-store purchases. For online purchases, the return period is also 14 days, which applies from the date the parcel arrives at the parcel shop/post office or is delivered to your private address.
All returns and exchanges require that the item is unused, returned in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation. Please note that we do not accept returns where the product’s original packaging has been damaged—for example, if the return shipment is sent without an outer shipping bag/box and the return label is placed directly on the product packaging. The packaging is considered part of the product and must be in a condition suitable for resale as new.
The return and refund process may take up to 10 business days from the date you submit your return. Once the process is completed, the refund will be reflected in your account.

*Please note that the 14-day return policy do not apply to purchases made for business purposes. For example, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for purchases where the products have been used in photoshoots or other campaign-related activities, as such use is considered as the product having been used and therefore no longer in resalable condition as new.
If you are a stylist, videographer, photographer, assistant, or similar and wish to use/loan one or more of the products we sell, we are open to facilitating loans under specific guidelines. Please contact us at online@rezetstore.com if you would like to get in touch about this.
REFUNDS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply to additional costs if you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer.
If you have purchased multiple items in one order and only withdraw from part of your purchase, delivery costs will not be refunded.
We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
CLAIMS - DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY GOODS
The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies when you purchase a product, digital service, or digital content that is defective. A defect may include, for example, a material or manufacturing fault or incorrect information about the product. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse does not constitute a defect.
If you have purchased a product and discover a defect, you must contact us within a reasonable time after identifying the issue. If you contact us within 2 months of discovering the defect, your claim will always be considered timely, provided that it is made within the statutory 2-year limitation period. In the case of shipping damage, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
Please provide as much detail as possible about the issue and, where relevant, include photos of the defect. If we need to inspect the product, it must be sent to:

You can create a claim request via our website here: https://rezetstore.com/pages/claims If you choose to return the item using your own shipping method, we will reimburse your reasonable and documented shipping costs.
The item must be returned in secure and appropriate packaging.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If we are unable to reach an agreement regarding your claim, you have the following options for submitting a complaint:
You may file a complaint regarding a product or service to Nævnenes Hus – The Danish Dispute Resolution Authority, Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via the official complaints portal of Nævnenes Hus.
The mediation team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may bring the complaint before the Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet).
As a general rule, a complaint can only be processed if the value of the product or service in question is at least DKK 1,220 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints regarding clothing and footwear, the minimum amount is typically DKK 790.
A fee is required in order to have the complaint processed.
OTHER TERMS
Gift Cards
Gift cards for https://rezetstore.com are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
Any remaining balance may be redeemed for cash for up to 1 year after the gift card has expired.
If you wish to redeem a gift card for cash before the expiry of its validity period, an administrative fee of DKK 25 will be charged to cover processing costs.
If you live in another EU-country than Denmark, you have the possibility to complain to the EU-commisions onlineportal of complaints here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr
PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES
When placing an order on rezetstore.com, we collect personal data such as name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information to process and deliver your order and provide updates.
