We’re offering delivery with GLS and PostNord – choice is up to you. If you choose shipping to a parcel shop, GLS/PostNord will inform you when your package can be collected at the chosen location. If you want your order delivered to a business address, simply choose GLS Business Delivery. Lastly, if you want your order delivered to your home address, we offer PostNord Home Delivery. Simply make your selection when proceeding to checkout.

If you order from us from outside the EU, there might be import duties and taxes to pay to get your parcel. ATTENTION! However, you must wait for a message from us that the package is ready for collection. Your goods can then be collected within the store's normal opening hours.

30 Days Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all goods that you buy at www.rezetstore.com.
You can return your order for free with the return label that we include in the shipment*. Remember to get a return receipt from the parcel shop when you send the parcel back to us. It is very important that you do not use the original shoe box as shipping box, as it must remain intact. We will refund the money to your payment card within 14 days from the time we receive your return order.
International return orders must be sent back to us with business delivery service at your own expense.
