ASICS GEL-DS Trainer 14 revisits a 2009 running model in a low-top, technical silhouette intended for everyday use. This White/Port Royal edition pairs breathable open mesh underlays with metallic-silver synthetic overlays for a structured, lightweight upper. At least 30% of the synthetic upper is made with recycled materials, and the sockliner uses a solution-dyeing process that reduces water and carbon impact compared to conventional methods. Rearfoot GEL cushioning sits inside the sculpted white midsole and is visible through a red insert at the lateral heel. Underfoot, a TRUSSTIC support system and segmented black rubber outsole provide stability and traction. Asymmetric upper construction and late-2000s inspired quarter-panel lines define the technical look, finished with burgundy side stripes and subtle silver detailing.
