We’re offering delivery with GLS and PostNord – choice is up to you. If you choose shipping to a parcel shop, GLS/PostNord will inform you when your package can be collected at the chosen location. If you want your order delivered to a business address, simply choose GLS Business Delivery. Lastly, if you want your order delivered to your home address, we offer PostNord Home Delivery. Simply make your selection when proceeding to checkout.

If you order from us from outside the EU, there might be import duties and taxes to pay to get your parcel. These charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery address and you will be responsible for the payment of those. We have no control over these charges and can't predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
INFO! Orders to be delivered to countries outside of EU will be shipped as DAP (Delivered At Place) why Rezet Sneaker Store doesn’t take the responsibility for any locally added customs or VAT. We do therefore encourage you to contact your local VAT authorities if you have any questions.
You can choose to pick up your order yourself in one of our stores. This also appears as an option in the checkout.
ATTENTION! However, you must wait for a message from us that the package is ready for collection. Your goods can then be collected within the store's normal opening hours.
Currently we only accept payments by VISA, VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, PayPal, Amex, Google Pay, Union Pay, Shop Pay or MobilePay.
There are no payment fees on rezetstore.com.
The amount will be deducted on your account as soon as the goods are shipped from our warehouse. There can never be deducted an amount greater than the one you have approved.
If we can't deliver your whole order, we will only deduct the amount for the goods we can actually deliver.
All items purchased online and in-store can also be exchanged/returned for free in our physical stores*
All items purchased online can be sent back with a return label which you can find here. We charge a return fee of 39 DKK for the label, which will be deducted from your refund.
Remember to get a return receipt from the parcel shop when you send the parcel back to us. It is very important that you do not use the original shoe box as shipping box, as it must remain intact. We will refund the money to your payment card within 14 days from the time we receive your return order.
International return orders must be sent back to us with business delivery service at your own expense.

The North Face
The North Face is perhaps best known for their very iconic 1996 Retro Nuptse jacket. It just arrived in the dusty, light purple "Lunar Slate / TNF Black" colorway, which of course, like most other Nuptse jackets, maintains the well-known black color-blocking. The warm down jacket has a boxy retro silhouette that is classic and fits perfectly into today's trends. The four full down panels are a particular characteristic of the 1996 model, while the Nuptse silhouette from 1992 has five chambers. The jacket is equipped with several functional details such as an internal zip pocket on the left side, Vislon two-way zip, adjustable Velcro straps around the wrists and an elastic cord at the bottom edge, making it possible to adjust the fit yourself.
