The North Face Pertex Down Jacket is an insulated outer layer for cold conditions. The silhouette has a boxy, slightly cropped profile in TNF Black, constructed from recycled 100% nylon for both shell and lining. Pertex fabric gives the outer a lightweight, durable surface with a subtle gloss, while 700-fill down insulation is arranged in large horizontal baffles across the body and sleeves to support loft and heat retention. A high funnel neck connects to an insulated hood that wraps around the chin, and a concealed front closure sits beneath a wide storm flap with a diagonal stitch line for added structure. WindWall technology is used to help reduce wind penetration, and zippered side and inner pockets offer covered storage. Branding is minimal, with a white logo at the chest and GORE-TEX text at the cuff.
