GEL-Kayano 20

ASICS GEL-Kayano 20 is a stability running model reintroduced in the SportStyle line with its technical 2010s design language preserved. The upper combines spacer mesh with welded TPU overlays and a criss-cross FluidFit cage to create a structured wrap around the foot while keeping weight low. In the White/Illusion Blue colorway, layered white and silver panels, blue underlays and black detailing underline the shoe’s retro performance character. Underfoot, the GEL-Kayano 20 features a dual-layer midsole with a softer top foam and firmer base foam, supported by silicone-based GEL units in both heel and forefoot for impact absorption and pressure distribution. A full-length Solyte 55 Strobel board contributes to a consistent feel from heel to toe. Stability is provided by the Dynamic DuoMax Support System and Guidance Trusstic System, working with the Guidance Line groove in the outsole to guide the foot through each step. AHAR and DuraSponge rubber are placed in key wear zones on the outsole.
