The Barlow Capris from Sandy Liang are fitted stretch lace capri pants in an ivory tone, cut to a cropped mid-calf length. They are made in the USA from 100% recycled nylon lace and have an elastic pull-on waistband with a small satin bow at the front. A sheer floral lace pattern and scalloped hem finish the design.
