Your return rights
You have 30 days* to regret your purchase. This applies both to purchases made in our physical stores or at our webshop. The count of days run from the day you make your purchase in our store or receive your web order.
*Archive-products are subject to a limited period of return. For Archive-products we only offer 14 days of returns and exchanges. Archive-products are labeled "Archive" on rezetstore.com. This applies to purchases made on or after December 5th, 2024.

- All items purchased online can be sent back with a return label. We charge a return fee of 39 DKK for the label, which will be deducted from your refund.

About exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the size of your item, we offer a 30 day exchange policy to a new size of your choice.
The 30 days are valid from the day you purchase your order in a physical store or, for online orders, from the day the package is delivered to the chosen delivery address.
If you wish to exchange to another size, please visit our return portal: https://rezetstore.floatanalytics.com/
- Enter your ordernumber and e-mail
- Select the item you wish to return and click “Exchange”
- You´ll hereby be prompted to select a new size.
- As soon as we have registered your exchange request, you will receive an email with a GLS QR code.
- Please use the provided QR code to return your order in your nearest parcelshop.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your new order has been shipped.
We cover all exchange costs, so you can swap your items without any extra expenses.

Packaging and item condition when returning an order
Returns are only accepted if the item is returned in the same condition as when you received it. The right to return an order lapses, if you use the product in a way which obviously reduces the sales value significantly.
Please note that we do not receive packages sent by COD or shipments to be picked up at the post office.
Remember always to pack the product securely in a box when you send it back, so the product and the original shoebox will not be damaged during transport.
You can by advantage use the cardboard box you originally received the goods in.
Return of several shipments
You may risk receiving your order in several packages if you order more than one item at the same time.
If you need to return your order please contact us at online@rezetstore.com and we will send you a return label.
The reference number on the return label must therefore match the order number, which contains the item that you want to send back.
Feel free to contact our customer service if you have the slightest doubt about the return process for several sub-shipments linked to an order.
Refunds
We always try to process all returns as quickly as possible so you can get your refund. You will receive a confirmation email within a week of returning the item. Any refunds will be returned to the same payment method you used when you placed the order.
The repayment will be made to the same credit card you used when ordering if you send the product back to us. Within two weeks after the cancellation you will receive a refund of the money to your account and you will have an email sent to you as confirmation.
Please note that it can take up to 14 days before the return process is over and you can see the details in your account.
