PUMA Deviate Nitro 4 sits in the space between everyday mileage and race day. This Espresso Brown / Russet Brown edition keeps the look understated while the geometry and materials do the work. An engineered mesh upper wraps the foot with a light, breathable feel, supported by a padded collar and cushioned tongue that lock in the fit without excess bulk. Textile and synthetic layers include at least 20% recycled content, keeping structure where it’s needed and flex where it’s not.

Underfoot, a dual-layer NITROFOAM™ midsole combines nitrogen-infused PEBA foams for cushioning that feels soft on landing and sharp on toe-off. Running through it, a full-length PWRPLATE carbon-composite plate adds forward drive, with a forked, contoured shape that lets the forefoot move naturally and eases pressure through the metatarsals. The neutral platform sits on a 35 mm / 27 mm stack with an 8 mm drop, balancing height and stability in a relatively lightweight build. A PUMAGRIP rubber outsole handles mixed surfaces and different footstrike patterns with consistent traction, while the removable cushioned sockliner leaves room for custom orthotics. On the run or styled with pared-back sportswear, Deviate Nitro 4 keeps the silhouette clean and the ride efficient.
