The North Face Glenclyffe Zip GORE-TEX is a mid-cut hiking boot intended for wet urban commutes and light trail use. The model sits on a Vibram XS Trek outsole with 4 mm lugs, giving a defined profile suited to mixed surfaces. The upper is constructed from abrasion-resistant 100% recycled polyester with synthetic leather overlays forming a protective rand and reinforced toe. A GORE-TEX OAK bootie with recycled lining provides waterproof, windproof and breathable protection. Underfoot, a single-density molded EVA midsole works with a molded EVA footbed with recycled PET top layer to create a consistent cushioning platform, supported by a TPU heel cradle for stability. The gusseted tongue, stretch bootie construction and padded collar create a close, sock-like fit, while traditional lacing, rustproof hardware and a lateral zipper allow quick entry with adjustable lockdown. A webbing heel loop and subtle The North Face branding complete the all-black silhouette.
