Carhartt WIP OG Michigan Coat takes a classic chore jacket and runs it through the WIP filter. The oversized, boxy cut sits easy on the body, built from heavyweight organic Dearborn Canvas that starts out rigid and breaks in with wear. Blue Destroy Wash Splatter gives the canvas a lived-in, paint-marked look straight out of the workshop, while triple-stitched seams quietly handle the hard work underneath.

Details stay true to the original workwear reference: button-front closure, front patch pockets and a contrast corduroy collar that adds both texture and structure at the neckline. Adjustable button cuffs let you tighten the sleeves or leave room for layers, and some versions are finished with a smooth polyester lining for extra comfort when the temperature drops. Thrown over knitwear, denim or wide-leg trousers, it works as a straightforward, utilitarian outer layer with clear Carhartt WIP DNA.
