Andersson Bell Frill Balloon Skirt is a mini skirt with a structured, voluminous silhouette. The black skirt has a slip-on balloon construction with an elasticated waistband and front drawstring for an adjustable fit. The outer is made from a polyester and polyurethane blend with an all-over frill texture, and a banded hem shapes the puffed profile. A full polyester lining supports the rounded form. Colourful beading at the drawstrings adds a contrast detail, while a branded patch at the back waistband completes the design.
