The distinguished Nike Air Max 97 celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2017. Upon its 1997 release, the sneaker was only available on the shelves for about a year, but the futuristic style has regained a massive popularity over the years. Air Max 97 has been released in a ray of versions and can be traced all the way back to the OG Silver Bullet colorway. Industrial design and Japanese high-speed trains were the original inspiration behind the celebrated sleek silhouette, and designer Christian Tresser has truly formed an icon.
