Christmas is upon us and it is time to buy this year's Christmas gifts. We have summarized all relevant information about exchange rules and delivery below.
Christmas gifts purchased on rezetstore.dk or in our physical stores can be exchanged 6 month after purchase. This means that you can buy your Christmas presents in Rezet Sneaker Store in good time without it having an impact on the exchange deadline.
Exchange and return policy• All items purchased after Novermber 1st 2018 are considered as Christmas presents
• Christmas presents can be returned (money back) until January 31st 2019
• Christmas presents can be exchanged up to 180 days after purchase• All items purchased online, can also be exchanged/returned in our physical stores
• All items purchased online, can be sent back for free with attached GLS return label (only orders within Denmark)
Delivery information for orders outside DenmarkWe would love to see some Rezet Sneaker Store presents under the christmas trees outside Denmark, but please note that we can unfortunately not deliver the web order to you within 1-3 business days if you live abroad. For European orders the expected delivery time is 3-5 working days, and for orders outside Europe the delivery time is about 5-10 working days.
If your package is to be sent abroad, the given country's postal service will deliver the package. The delivery time depends on the recipient country so please contact us if you would like more information about international delivery.
