In Denmark we offer delivery with PostNord and GLS, while all orders (EU and Non-EU) are delivered with UPS or DHL Express. Check out the price specifications below:

Delivery Information | Denmark

We’re offering delivery with GLS and PostNord – choice is up to you. If you choose shipping to a parcel shop, GLS/PostNord will inform you when your package can be collected at the chosen location. If you want your order delivered to a business address, simply choose GLS Business Delivery. Lastly, if you want your order delivered to your home address, we offer PostNord Home Delivery. Simply make your selection when proceeding to checkout.

We offer deliveries in Sweden with PostNord. You can select whether it should be a Home Delivery or directly to a PostNord Parcel Shop.

All orders to countries within EU, will be shipped with DHL Express. The specific delivery expectations will appear on the product page and in checkout, according to your pre-selected delivery country.

If you order from us from outside the EU, there might be import duties and taxes to pay to get your parcel. These charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery address and you will be responsible for the payment of those. We have no control over these charges and can't predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

INFO! Orders to be delivered to countries outside of EU will be shipped as DAP (Delivered At Place) why Rezet Sneaker Store doesn’t take the responsibility for any locally added customs or VAT. We do therefore encourage you to contact your local VAT authorities if you have any questions.

Click & Collect

You can choose to pick up your order yourself in one of our stores. This also appears as an option in the checkout.

ATTENTION! However, you must wait for a message from us that the package is ready for collection. Your goods can then be collected within the store's normal opening hours.

100% Secure Payments

Currently we only accept payments by VISA, VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, PayPal, Amex, Google Pay, Union Pay, Shop Pay or MobilePay.

There are no payment fees on rezetstore.com.

The amount will be deducted on your account as soon as the goods are shipped from our warehouse. There can never be deducted an amount greater than the one you have approved.

If we can't deliver your whole order, we will only deduct the amount for the goods we can actually deliver.

Free returns in-store

All items purchased online and in-store can also be exchanged/returned for free in our physical stores*

All items purchased online can be sent back with a return label which you can find here. We charge a return fee of 39 DKK for the label, which will be deducted from your refund.

Remember to get a return receipt from the parcel shop when you send the parcel back to us. It is very important that you do not use the original shoe box as shipping box, as it must remain intact. We will refund the money to your payment card within 14 days from the time we receive your return order.

International return orders must be sent back to us with business delivery service at your own expense.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all goods that you buy at www.rezetstore.com.

If you are not satisfied with the size of your item, we offer a 30 day exchange policy to a new size of your choice.

If you wish to exchange to another size, please visit our return portal: https://rezetstore.floatanalytics.com/

Enter your ordernumber and e-mail.
Select the item you wish to return and click “Exchange”
You´ll hereby be prompted to select a new size.
As soon as we have registered your exchange request, you will receive an email with a GLS QR code.
Please use the provided QR code to return your order in your nearest parcelshop.
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your new order has been shipped.

We cover all exchange costs, so you can swap your items without any extra expenses.
