The North Face HKE Devils Thumb GORE-TEX Jacket is a hiking shell for wet and windy conditions. The relaxed, slightly cropped silhouette is built in GORE-TEX 2L fabric with a non-PFC DWR finish for waterproof, windproof and breathable protection. The main body uses 100% recycled polyester, while the yoke, shoulders and lower back are reinforced with GORE-TEX 2L Spectra ripstop to handle abrasion from packs and rough terrain. A tall stand collar conceals a stowable, elastic-bound hood with a cinch system, and a two-way YKK AquaGuard front zipper allows secure closure and controlled ventilation. Pit zips add further airflow on steep sections, and an internal harness strap lets the jacket be carried hands-free when not worn. Pack-compatible chest and hand pockets keep small items accessible, while adjustable cuffs and a cinch-cord hem help limit drafts. The Tnf Black colorway sits easily alongside both technical and everyday outdoor pieces.
