Salomon XT-6 GORE-TEX is a trail-oriented sneaker built for wet conditions and mixed terrain. The low-top silhouette features a technical mesh upper with welded TPU cage overlays in the Safari/Safari/Black colorway, combining abrasion resistance with controlled flexibility. A GORE-TEX membrane sits behind the mesh to keep water out while allowing moisture to escape, supported by a textile lining. Salomon’s SensiFit construction and Quicklace system secure the foot from midfoot to forefoot, with a gusseted tongue to help keep debris out. Underfoot, a dual-density EVA midsole with the Agile Chassis System provides cushioning, stability and torsional support on uneven ground, while the structured heel counter and protective toe bumper add durability. The Contagrip rubber outsole has pronounced lugs for traction on trails and city surfaces, and an OrthoLite insole contributes long-lasting cushioning and odor control.
