The Nike W Air Rift in black is a women’s sneaker-sandal hybrid with a low, cut-out shape. It has two hook-and-loop straps at the midfoot and heel for an adjustable fit. The upper is made from textured hairy textile with smooth black overlays. A soft inner bootie wraps the collar, and a subtle Swoosh sits on the strap. Underfoot, it has a chunky foam midsole with Nike Air cushioning and a rugged rubber outsole. The design is inspired by the 1996 original and Kenya’s barefoot long-distance runners.
