ASICS GEL-Nimbus 10.1 revisits a late-2000s running design in a low-top silhouette with updated cushioning. The Black/Clay Grey edition features an open mesh upper with a subtle grid structure and layered synthetic leather overlays across the midfoot, toe and heel for added structure. Asymmetric mesh panels follow the natural shape of the foot, while a padded tongue and heel collar create a secure feel around the ankle. Underfoot, a dual-layer EVA midsole works with visible GEL cushioning in both forefoot and rearfoot to manage impact. The TRUSSTIC system in the midfoot helps control torsion, paired with a sculpted rubber outsole and trail-inspired lugs for grip on varied surfaces. Inside, a dope-dyed recycled sockliner mesh reduces resource use. Grey and metallic ASICS branding underlines the technical character of the model.
