1. Order submission

Once you have placed an order on rezetstore.com, you will automatically receive a mail where it is clear which styles you just ordered. This mail is not a confirmation of your order and there is not entered a legally binding agreement between you and Rezet Sneaker Store.

Only after you have received the shipping confirmation mail confirming which styles we can deliver to you there is entered an agreement.

If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your inbox for unwanted/spam mails as our order confirmations unfortunately sometimes ends there.

If that is not the case, please contact us at online@rezetstore.com, so we can help you.

2. Wrong prices

If a price is obviously wrong, and you reasonably should have discovered it, we are not obliged to send the product at the wrong price.  

3. Payment

Currently we only accept payments by VISA, VISA/Dankort, MasterCard or MobilePay.

There are no payment fees on rezetstore.com.

The amount will be deducted on your account as soon as the goods are shipped from our warehouse. There can never be deducted an amount greater than the one you have approved.

If we can't deliver your whole order, we will only deduct the amount for the goods we can actually deliver. 

4. Delivery

In Denmark we offer delivery with PostNord and GLS, while all orders (EU and Non-EU) is being delivered with UPS. Check out the price specifications below:

Please pay attention to the following:

  • Delivery times are guiding and estimates.
  • Specific products can be excluded from ‘Free shipping’
  • Orders to be delivered  to countries outside of the EU, may be subject to local customs and VAT. We do therefore encourage you to contact your local VAT authorities if you have any questions.

In Denmark we’re offering delivery with GLS and PostNord – choice is up to you. If you choose shipping to a parcel shop, GLS/PostNord will inform you when your package can be collected at the chosen location. If you want your order delivered to a business address, simply choose GLS Business Delivery. Lastly, if you want your order delivered to your home address, we offer PostNord Home Delivery. Simply make your selection when proceeding to checkout.

We also offer deliveries in Sweden with PostNord and you can select whether it should be a Home Delivery or directly to a PostNord Parcel Shop. 

All orders to countries within EU, will be shipped with DHL Express. The specific delivery expectations will appear on the product page and in checkout, according to your pre-selected delivery country.

All orders to countries outside of EU, will be shipped with DHL Express. The specific delivery expectations will appear on the product page and in checkout, according to your pre-selected delivery country.

INFO! Orders to be delivered to countries outside of EU will be shipped as DAP (Delivered At Place) why Rezet Sneaker Store doesn’t take the responsibility for any locally added customs or VAT. We do therefore encourage you to contact your local VAT authorities if you have any questions.

5. Right of withdrawal

You always have 14 days to regret your order when you shop at rezetstore.com on all items purchased with a 50% discount or less.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after you have received your order. If you regret your purchase, you can refuse to accept the package or completely fail to retrieve it.

You can also send your order return to our warehouse with our return portal. Here we will charge a refund fee of 39dkk for the return label. We will also not refund the original shipping price.

This will make up the total return fee of 69dkk for orders placed within Denmark. For orders outside of Denmark it depends on your original shipping price.

6. Return and exchange of goods

Return and Exchange Policy at Rezet Store

We have updated our return and exchange terms. Below, you will find an overview of the current policies for purchases at Rezet Store.

The new rules take effect on February 3, 2025. Items purchased before this date are subject to the previous return policy.

Full-priced items can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date for in-store purchases. For online purchases, the return period is 14 days from the day the package arrives at the parcel shop/post office or is delivered to the home address.

Discounted items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date.

Exchange to a gift card or another item in our physical stores within 14 days, with a valid receipt or order confirmation. The gift card can be used both online and in-store

Archive items purchased in-store with more than a 50% discount are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged. (Only applies to in-store purchases.)

Obviously the items must be unused and in its original packaging, so the items have not been impaired.

If the return goods are used, we have to reject your wish to return them.
You can therefore only try the products on, but not take them into use. Just as if you had bought the products in a physical store.

You can return your order in one of our Rezet stores for free or by sending the order back to our warehouse with a return label from our return portal. We charge a return fee of 39 DKK for the label, which will be deducted from your refund. We will also not refund the original shipping price.

This will make up the total return fee of 69dkk for orders placed within Denmark. For orders outside of Denmark it depends on your original shipping price.


All foreign customers who wants to return an order, must send back the goods to us and pay for the shippping themselves.
The cheapest shipping method will typically be using your local post office.
Make sure the shipment is customs cleared and insured in case it will get lost on its way to Denmark.

Please note that we do not receive packages sent by COD or shipments to be picked up at the post office.

Remember always to pack the product securely in a box when you send it back, so the product and the original shoebox will not be damaged during transport.

You can by advantage use the cardboard box you originally received the goods in.

We cover all exchange costs, so you can swap your items without any extra expenses.

7. Recovery of amounts

If you regret your purchase within 14 days, you will of course get back the amount you paid to Rezet Sneaker Store. Minus the shipping costs, as well as the return fee.

The repayment will be made to the same credit card you used when ordering if you send the product back to us. Within two weeks after the cancellation you will receive a refund of the money to your account and you will have an email sent to you as confirmation.

If you choose to return your purchase in one of our stores, you can withdraw up to 500 kr cash. The remaining amount will be refunded on your credit card or as a voucher to our stores.

8. Complaints

When you shop at rezetstore.com, you always have 2 years of warranty.

If you think your product has a defect, you must immediately contact our customer service at online@rezetstore.com.

In addition, please send pictures of the error and proof that the goods purchased from us in form of your invoice or order confirmation together with a clear description of what the problem is about.

Then we will get back to you with the further procedure.

The warranty does not cover defects, damage or usage that has arisen because of lacking maintenance and inappropriate use of the product.

9. Personal data and cookies

When you make an order at rezetstore.com, Rezet Store needs your informations including name, address, phone number, e-mail address and payment data, in order to make it possible for us to to deliver your order to you, and to provide you with the progress of your order. If you want to read more about how we handle and use data, as well as information about your rights, please refer to our privacy policy. 

Rezet Store uses cookies to keep track of the items you have addded to the shopping cart, general statistics about the use of the website. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on the computer you use when ordering at our website. Rezetstore.com may contain links to other websites that are outside of Rezet Store's control. Rezet Store can not assume responsibility for your privacy or for the content of these websites. Rezet Store offers these links only to make it easier for you to find more information on specific topics. Information about the items ordered from such websites is not included in the description of the items ordered in the agreement between you and us (Rezet Store). 10. Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. They can be used as payment both in our physical stores and in our online webshop. Any remaining balance on the gift card can be used for future purchases within the validity period. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced, and the customer is responsible for keeping the gift card safe. Online gift cards are sent via email to the specified recipient immediately after purchase. Items purchased with a gift card can be returned in accordance with our standard return policy. Refunds for returned items will be made to the original gift card. Gift cards can only be refunded for cash upon presentation of the original receipt. These terms apply to gift cards issued after March 13th 2024.
