Snow Peak’s Insect Shield Jacket is built for long days outside when the air is warm and the bugs are active. The sheer, brown mesh keeps the silhouette light and breathable, so heat can escape while your skin stays covered. Made from 100% recycled polyester, it dries quickly and feels barely there over a T-shirt or base layer.

The fabric is treated with Insect Shield technology, where permethrin is bonded directly to the fibers for consistent protection against mosquitoes, ticks and other insects, without constant reapplication. A fixed hood and two-way front zip let you adjust airflow and coverage on the move, while elastic cuffs with thumb openings keep the sleeves in place and reduce exposed skin. Reinforced panels at the shoulders and arms handle pack straps and trail use, and a mix of zip and hand pockets keeps small essentials close. An adjustable drawcord at the hem finishes the jacket with a clean line and helps seal out drafts.
