XT-4 OG Protective

Salomon XT-4 OG Protective is a technical trail model built for variable conditions. The upper combines synthetic and textile anti-debris mesh with ripstop reinforcement and welded TPU overlays that form a SensiFit cage around the foot. A protective toecap, reinforced heel counter and hard plate at the heel add structure and impact resistance on uneven ground. Underfoot, the Agile Chassis system pairs a stabilizing TPU element with EnergyCell cushioning to support movement over longer distances. A Mud Contagrip outsole with deep, multi-directional lugs is designed for traction on wet, rocky or loose surfaces, while a molded OrthoLite sockliner and textile lining create a cushioned interior. Salomon’s Quicklace system allows fast, even lacing with a streamlined finish at the tongue. The Monument/Asphalt/Ftw Silver colorway places a monochrome grey upper over a darker midsole for a restrained, technical look.
