ASICS GEL-Kayano 20 is a stability running model that references early 2010s performance design in a Blue Neptune/Black colorway. The upper combines engineered mesh with synthetic overlays and a FLUIDFIT cage to secure the midfoot and forefoot. A padded collar and tongue with textile lining soften the interior, while a reinforced toe bumper and structured heel counter add protection and hold.
