ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 is a low-top, running-inspired model that revisits late 2000s performance design with a contemporary sportstyle focus. This White/Hinoki Beige edition combines a breathable white mesh upper with layered synthetic leather overlays that add structure, while green ASICS stripes and metallic gold heel details emphasise the technical aesthetic. The sculpted cream midsole incorporates visible GEL cushioning in the forefoot and heel for consistent shock absorption, supported by a TRUSSTIC system that stabilises the midfoot and manages torsion. A padded tongue, black textile lining and internal heel counter help secure the foot, and a tan rubber outsole offers grip suited to everyday use. The sockliner is produced with a solution-dyeing process that reduces water usage and carbon impact. The 2008-inspired tooling and pronounced silhouette reference early “dad shoe” running styles.
