The adidas Taekwondo Mei Elite is a low-top sneaker that adapts martial arts footwear for everyday use. The silhouette has a slim, streamlined profile with a rounded toe and a metallic Silvmt/Greone/Gum3 palette. The upper is made from leather or a leather-synthetic mix with quilted and ribbed paneling that adds structure and visual depth across the foot. A stitched toe cap with horizontal seams and three narrow overlay stripes across the midfoot reference adidas heritage. The padded low collar and molded, ribbed heel area contribute to a secure feel around the ankle. Inside, a textile lining and textile-leather sockliner create a smooth interior. Underfoot, the split gum rubber outsole with distinct forefoot and heel pods wraps slightly up the sides and features a geometric tread pattern suited to daily wear.
