La Sportiva TX4 Evo is built for long approaches, scrambling and everything in between. The Cypress/Night Sky colorway keeps things understated, while a robust nubuck leather upper handles sharp rock and rough trails without complaint. A cushioned tongue in recycled fabric and recycled rubber details point toward a more responsible construction, without losing the solid, technical feel.
Underfoot, an injected EVA midsole works with STB stabilization and a co-molded TPU shank to keep the foot supported over hours of uneven terrain. The Vibram Megagrip outsole with Impact Brake System is tuned for rock and loose ground, giving reliable traction and more controlled braking on steep descents. Inside, an Ortholite Hybrid insole adds breathable cushioning and uses recycled content to cut down on waste.
An asymmetric lacing system wraps the foot for a precise, secure fit that can be dialed in for both hiking and easy climbing moves. Built on La Sportiva’s ReSole Me platform, the TX4 Evo can be resoled when the tread is done, extending the life of a shoe that’s made to see a lot of rock.
