adidas BW Army Decon is a low-top sneaker based on a 1970s West German Army indoor training shoe, reworked with a stripped-back construction. The upper combines smooth leather in a tonal black colourway with a suede T-toe cap and leather overlays for a layered look. A deconstructed leather lining and slimmed-down interior give the silhouette a softer structure that allows the upper to follow the shape of the foot over time. Underfoot, a low-profile gum rubber cupsole provides traction and a subtle contrast to the monochrome upper, with debossed adidas branding at the heel. The collapsible heel adds an alternative wearing option, while flat laces and a padded tongue secure the fit.
