If you order from us from outside the EU, there might be import duties and taxes to pay to get your parcel. These charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery address and you will be responsible for the payment of those. ATTENTION! However, you must wait for a message from us that the package is ready for collection. Your goods can then be collected within the store's normal opening hours.

The amount will be deducted on your account as soon as the goods are shipped from our warehouse. There can never be deducted an amount greater than the one you have approved.
If we can't deliver your whole order, we will only deduct the amount for the goods we can actually deliver.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all goods that you buy at www.rezetstore.com.
You can return your order for free with the return label that we include in the shipment*. Remember to get a return receipt from the parcel shop when you send the parcel back to us. It is very important that you do not use the original shoe box as shipping box, as it must remain intact. We will refund the money to your payment card within 14 days from the time we receive your return order.
International return orders must be sent back to us with business delivery service at your own expense.
